What exactly do they mean by that? Are they copying a line from the religious propaganda that they get exposed to in websites / church / religious media?I'm going to go with the "4 year old's logic" answer too, though the "tumbleweeds" one is a close second.I wish I knew.

I think they believe the answer to *everything* is 'God'. (their 'god') so then...
... if you don't believe that, then you must believe in 'nothing'.

This question is confusing, because I thought it was the atheist who says that he doesn't believe in anything. I would think it was the theist that would argue with that.
